WINTER GLOW WONDERLAND - DIOR BACKSTAGE:GLOW FACE PALETTE

I am in love...

I didn´t know what I´ve been missing...

I did not even know that I missed anything at all ;)

but I found what was missing before I even knew I missed it and it is this little palette which will give you all the shimmer you missed, all the glow winter skin lacks a bit and all the wow factor you might want to add to your look.

I´m loving this so much not only for skin but for body shimmer and for gorgeous eye looks - its an all-round - shimmer - winner ;) ya I know...I am in the rhyming mood today ;) 

No honestly this is the loveliest product and I am so so so glad I invested in it!

Whilst the packaging for other Dior products is always a very high end luxurious one in a classic black it is a bit different with this product and the others in the collection.

Inspired by the often insanely fast pace backstage the created a clear lid so you´ll be able to quickly see what product you have in hand and are able to use it as quickly as possible...I often read that this kind of packaging is a huge loss to the luxury of the products...I got to be honest and say...no idea...so far I have not been fortunate enough to try other Dior products of this kind so I don´t have a comparison. But I really cant say anything bad about the packaging. It´s sturdy and closes nicely. It looks nice and high quality and I like the clear lid actually :) and all the luxe comes with the beautiful paper packaging it comes in ;) 

In the Face Glow Palette you´ll find two Highlighters, the white and the golde shade, and two blushers, rosy and bronze. The darker Bronze shade would also be a lovely bronzer...if you like them very sparkly ;)

Sparkly is a good keyword actually - because sparkly is what you get with all of those shades. So I can say right now...if you don´t like sparkly you probably won´t like this product. But I can also say that it is quite easy to built it up and down and you can easily reduce the sparkle if you like to ;)

My favourite shades, when it comes to using them for my face makeup, are to two highlighters - gorgeous shades - if often mix them together a bit - preeeetty ^^ and they go on so smoothly and leave such a gorgeous sheen...almost looking a bit wet ;)

The pink shade is a bit too frosty for my tast to use it as a blusher and its a blusher, I never wear blushers ;) but its like I said very easy to tone it down and reduce it to a lovely rosy glow or you lightly use it as some kind of blush topping for some extra glow.

The bronze shade is honestly way to shimmery for my taste to use it as a bronzer and as a blush its to dark - so I loooove using it on my eyes.

The formula of all of them is really lovely, so soft and so easy to blend and to work with and I love that you can built your own intensity and that it´s not ott right from the very beginning even tho you might not like that...I mean I love intense Highlighters but I also like to have a word in that intense look ;)

So all in all I love this product.

Ya you might address the fact that I actively only wear half the shades on my face...and its a face palette...but I so do not mind...why should I dislike a palette that works amazingly all over the face only because its technically meant for the skin...isn´t it great that you get a eye palette in it either ;)

I love it and I´d recommend it. Its not cheep but in my opinion worth it.

I don´t know how well this performs compared to other Dior products but I don´t need to know it to like it here and now, do I ;)
